Hi, I'm Lex Gross, founder and baker behind First Class Sweets!

I fell in love with baking at a young age, and after taking my first cake decorating class with my mom at 12, I knew it was what I wanted to do. Since then, I have continued growing in my abilities by baking for friends, family, and co-workers.

Baking has been my passion, and I love creating cookies, cakes, and any other sweet treat to bring people together.

Whether you're ordering a treat flight for yourself or custom desserts for a special occasion, I am so excited to shared my baked goods with you.

Behind the Name

The name First Class Sweets is actually inspired by my partner, who works in private aviation.

Being around the aviation world made me love the idea of "first class" as an experience: thoughtful details, high quality, and making people feel like they're getting something special. That fit perfectly with how I wanted people to feel when they received my baked goods.

The name also ties into my favorite thing to make—cookie flights! Each flight lets you sample a variety of flavors in one box, making every order feel a little more fun.

At First Class Sweets, my goal is to create handcrafted desserts that are beautiful, delicious, and made with care—because everyone deserves a little first-class treatment, no boarding pass required.
